Purpose: ReviewNet Standard assessments are used where detailed skills
evaluation with in-depth skills strengths and weaknesses understanding is
required and performance relative to industry peers is important. Typical uses
include hiring and finalist qualification, project team selection, determining
project team strengths and weaknesses, identifying individual training needs
and professional development.
Purpose: QuickTests are short assessments that are ideal for pre employment screening of large number of candidates. They are also useful for testing multiple skills by using more than one QuickTest for each candidate. Typical uses include pre-screening and qualification, project team selection, determining project team strengths and weaknesses, and identifying individual training needs and professional development. The QuickTest can usually be completed in less than 30 minutes. A shorter version, the Core test, consists of 10 questions for an even quicker assessment.
Purpose: The ReviewNet
Programmer Aptitude Test (PAT)
is used to measure a candidate's potential to learn and apply programming
concepts with or without prior programming experience. The ReviewNet PAT was
developed for one of the world's largest consulting firms to screen candidates
for their entry-level programmer positions. The PAT has been predicatively
validated, and proven to predict learning ability better than interviewing. The
ReviewNet PAT is typically used for screening internal and external candidates
for entry level programming positions.
Purpose: ReviewNet FlexSpec assessments can be used for positions that require a mix of varied IT skills and where an understanding of the relative strengths and weaknesses of those skills is required. These customized assessments are ideal when over 20 candidates will be evaluated, such as for multiple similar positions. Typical uses include hiring and finalist qualification, project team selection, determining project team strengths and weaknesses, identifying individual training needs and professional development.
