authorized users. Complete results are maintained for each assessment session,
right down to the individual question performance for an individual. These
employee assessment results are a valuable resource of the company that
supports ongoing recruiting, training, and personnel management.
Managers also need tools that allow them to access and analyze the collected
database of their employee assessment results. ReviewNet provides such a set of
on-line tools as part of the regular ReviewNet license. Managers can search,
report, consolidate, compare, and retrieve the test results that they have
conducted over the entire history of their use of ReviewNet.
Users can search their results and produce sorted lists that can be emailed,
printed, or exported for further action. Searches can be conducted by a variety
of parameters, including skill, test, test score, job position, candidate name,
and date range. The search list also allows complete drill down access to the
selected sessions of the search.
Group Skill Summary: Employee assessment results for a group can reveal
important insights about the strengths and weaknesses of the group. Group
Summary reports show the skill gaps in a
development group or project team where additional training or technical
resources are required. The report can be prepared from any collection of
sessions selected on demand by the user.
Group Comparison: Another useful tool is to compare employee assessment
results between two groups. Group Comparison reports illustrate training
program effectiveness where employee assessments are taken before and after
training are compared. As with Group Summary Reports, the Group Comparison
report can be prepared from any collection of sessions determined by the user.
ReviewNet provides an exporting function that allows users to select sessions
and export them into a spreadsheet file for further analysis. The exporting
function works alongside the search tools of ReviewNet so that it is easy to
select exactly the sessions desired from the ResultsBase.
