1. Promotion
This Promotion includes: the
INVITE-A-FRIEND SWEEPSTAKES
("Sweepstakes") The Promotion starts at
12:00 AM EDT on 12/16/00 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on
3/15/01. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM
EST on 3/15/01 to be eligible.
2. How to Enter the Invite-A-Friend
Sweepstakes:
On the ReviewTeam
main page, you have the opportunity to
have an e-mail sent to a friend whom you think would
like to participate in the ReviewTeam. The
individual that invites a friend is the
"Inviter". The Inviter is eligible to be
entered in the Invite-A-Friend Sweepstakes, once the
friend to whom the e-mail is delivered
("Invitee") completes the on-line ReviewTeam
application process. A complete
application includes answering a set of technical
questions and submitting a resume. You may have an
e-mail sent to as many friends as you like to
increase your chances of winning.
3. Invite-A-Friend Sweepstakes
Drawing:
On or about 3/15/00, the names of
the Winners will be selected in a random drawing by
ReviewNet from among all eligible Inviters received.
The potential Winners will be notified by e-mail or
phone and or mail on or about 3/15/00.
4. Invite-A-Friend Sweepstakes
Prizes:
There are 50 1st prizes
of a ReviewNet golf polo shirts and one grand prize
of a SuperCertificicate.com Giftpoint certificate
("Certificate") from GiftCertificates.com™
worth Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) towards
online purchases of merchandise at
www.giftcertificate.com
(ARV: $250). The Certificate will expire one
year after the date of award of the Certificate, and
at that time any unused portion or credit of a
Certificate to which the Sweepstakes Winner of the
Certificate would otherwise be entitled will be
forfeited. The Certificate will be delivered to the
Sweepstakes Winner via e-mail or postal mail, as
appropriate. No Prize or any portion of a Prize is
redeemable for cash or is transferable or
substitutable, except by Sponsor who may substitute
with a prize of equal or greater value. All federal,
state, and local sales, use, income and other taxes
are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes
Winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of
eligible entries received. If there are less than 50
eligible participants in the Invite-A-Friend
Sweepstakes, the number of 1st prizes
will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Eligibility:
The Promotion is only open to
natural persons who are legal residents of the 50
United States, who are at least 18 years of age, and
who log on to the Internet from the United States of
America. Employees, officers, directors, and
immediate family members (that is, spouse, child,
sibling, parent, or grandparent) and members of
their household, of ReviewNet Corporation, their
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
agencies, promotion agencies, fulfillment agencies,
and marketing agencies, and other individuals or
entities involved in the development or fulfillment
of or supply to this Promotion (collectively, the
"Sponsor Entities"), are NOT eligible to
participate in the Promotion. No entrant may use
more than one name or e-mail address and no e-mail
address may be used more than once to participate in
this Promotion, and any attempt to participate
otherwise will be deemed to be an abuse of the
Promotion and will result in ineligibility to
participate in or win this promotion. All entries
will be deemed made by the authorized account holder
of the e-mail address submitted at the time of
entry. The authorized account holder is the natural
person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider,
or other organization that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated
with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners
may be required to provide ReviewNet with proof that
they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address associated with the potentially winning
entry. Potential winners will be required to provide
certain information, including complete name,
mailing address, including zip code, date of birth,
daytime phone number, and Social Security Number
within three (3) days of notification of having been
selected as a potential Winner or they may forfeit
their Prize and an alternate potential Winner may be
selected. Potential Winners are also required to
complete, sign, and return to ReviewNet within
fourteen (14) days of receipt of notification of
having been selected as a potential Winner, an
Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance &
Liability/Publicity Release releasing the Sponsor
Entities from any and all liability in connection
with this Promotion, including, without limitation,
liability in connection with any injuries, damages,
or losses of any kind, whether to person or
property, including, but not limited to, death,
arising out of or resulting from, directly or
indirectly, participation in the Promotion or the
acceptance, enjoyment, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Failure by a potential Winner to complete, sign and
return such Affidavit & Release as stated above
may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and selection
of an alternate potential Winner. Failure by either
member of the Winning Pair to timely sign and return
the above Affidavit & Release may also result in
forfeiture of the Prize by the winners. All entries
and submissions become the sole property of
ReviewNet Corporation and none will be returned.
6. Winners List:
A Winners List will be posted on
this Web site at the conclusion of the Promotion. To
receive a list of Winners by mail, send a
self-addressed stamped envelope, by 3/15/00 to: The

7. Copyrights and Limitations
Disclosure and Use:
The content, including without
limitation, the questions and answers, other text,
all data, images, audio and video files, graphics,
and other materials used in the Promotion and this
related site (the "Content") is the
property of ReviewNet or its Content providers. The
Content is protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws, and may be displayed on
your computer monitor only for your personal,
non-commercial use in connection with the Promotion.
You agree not to print, copy, store, save,
reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
or retransmit, distribute, disseminate, download,
sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the Content
to anyone, including but not limited to others in
the same company or organization, without the
express prior written consent of ReviewNet. You also
agree that you shall not use any automated or manual
means, including without limitation, the use of any
site search or retrieval application to
"spider" this site, to retrieve, index, or
in any way circumvent the navigational structure or
presentation of this site. All rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved to ReviewNet
Corporation.
8. Miscellaneous:
ReviewNet is not responsible for any
problem, error, omission, interruption, defect,
theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or
alteration of entries or technical malfunction of
any communications network or lines, computer online
systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or
software, or failure of any e-mail or entry to be
received by ReviewNet on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at
any Web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise,
including any injury or damage to entrant's or any
other person's computer related to or resulting from
participation or downloading any materials related
to the Promotion. Persons found tampering with or
abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely
determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If
disqualified for any of the above abuses, ReviewNet
reserves the right to terminate an individual's
eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT
BE MADE, REVIEWNET MAY SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In
the event any portion of this Promotion is
compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized human
intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other
cause or causes beyond the control of ReviewNet
that, in the sole opinion of ReviewNet, corrupts or
impairs the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper play of the Promotion,
ReviewNet, may in their sole discretion cancel,
modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. The
judges reserve the right to disqualify any person or
email address that they determine, in their sole and
final discretion, to be in violation of any term
contained in these Rules and Conditions. ReviewNet,
is not responsible for any, and may disqualify any
or all, entries that are late, incomplete, or
misdirected.
9. General:
By participating in the Promotion,
you agree to these Rules and Conditions and to the
decisions of ReviewNet, which are final and binding
in all respects. This Promotion is subject to all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. All disputes arising under, related to,
or in connection with the Promotion or these Rules
and Conditions will be resolved in the appropriate
courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County
of Philadelphia, exclusively, and are subject to the
laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without
regard to its conflicts of laws principles. BY
PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT THE SPONSOR ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE, NOR ARE
IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE FOR, ANY WARRANTY,
REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, OR
OTHERWISE, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR THE PRIZES. Void
in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by
law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and
local laws and regulations apply. The Sponsor
Entities are not responsible for illegible,
unintelligible, late, lost, or stolen entries or
incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether
caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the
Promotion or by any technical or human errors which
may occur in the processing of any entries in this
Promotion. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes
permission for ReviewNet to use the Winner's name,
voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation, except
where prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion,
you authorize ReviewNet to list your name, city, and
state on the Winners list, pending eligibility
confirmation, should your entry be drawn.
10. Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy covers the
treatment of personally identifiable information
that is actively collected by ReviewNet Corporation
(or "ReviewNet") once one enters the
on-line application and clicks on
"accept". This policy, for example, does
not apply to the practices of companies that
ReviewNet does not own or control, or of people that
ReviewNet does not employ or manage, such as, for
example, third party advertisers. Information on the
information collection and use practices and
policies of these companies and people are
maintained by, and should be sought directly from,
these companies and people.
11. Information Collection and Use:
This site solicits and collects
personally identifiable information when you
register for the Promotion. When you register, you
are asked for your name and e-mail address, as well
as other data elements that vary based on the
challenge. (If you do not wish to provide the
information solicited, you will not be eligible for
a prize award in the Promotion.) Once you register,
you are not anonymous. The information collected by
ReviewNet may be used by ReviewNet for any lawful
purpose. Among other things, ReviewNet may use your
personally identifiable information to send you
future communications, including, without
limitation, contest-related communications, to ask
for your help on new contests or Challenges, to ask
your opinion and to send you information about
products and services which they and their partners
offer. ReviewNet Corporation will not use your
personally identifiable information, and/or
distribute your personally identifiable information
to anyone, except in connection with the Promotion.
12. Information Sharing and
Disclosure:
Your personally identifiable
information may be made available by ReviewNet, with
or without notice to you, whether prior to the time
of data transfer or otherwise.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy:
ReviewNet may edit this policy from
time to time, or may eliminate this policy. If we
make any substantial changes (as determined by us in
our sole discretion), we will notify you by posting
an announcement on this site
