Interview
The interactive interview is
conducted on-line and over the phone following a REVIEWNET®
Assessment session. The interviewer sees the
candidate's responses, the questions, correct answers,
and explanatory rationales for each answer choice. At
any time during the interview, additional ad hoc
questions may be used to further probe a candidate's
knowledge. Other job-related parameters may be
discussed over the phone. After the on-line session,
the interviewer makes recommendations and comments
that will become part of the overall candidate
evaluation.
