ReviewNet FAQ

How can I learn more about my candidates in less time?

The screening process for IT professionals seeking jobs can be rigorous sometimes too rigorous, few candidates will sit through more than one 1-hour screening exams. We eliminate this problem by enabling companies and agencies to custom design screening evaluations by choosing questions across subject areas from REVIEWNET® robust knowledgebase.

The interview phase occurs immediately following the conclusion of the screening evaluation. You can provide additional questions online via the Web to probe depth of knowledge. At the same time, you can discuss supplied rationales or other job parameters with your candidate on the telephone.

I have difficulty finding qualified candidates in my territory. Can you help me?

Absolutely! We are web-based so candidates located anywhere can be screened and interviewed via the Internet. There are no territorial barriers.

Can you help me find and screen international prospects?

Yes. The boundaries of our reach are limited only by access to the Internet.

With other assessment products, I just get a raw score so I miss prospects who may be qualified but don’t get a chance to justify their answers. How are you different?

We allow you to select questions across subject areas by choosing a technology. When the prospect takes the evaluation, you get to see the correct answer and the prospect’s response and rationale. You can decide if the candidate knows more than a simple right or wrong answer would typically indicate.

Sometimes it is difficult for me to have the same person interview all the prospects. This inconsistency hurts the quality of my selections. How do you solve this problem?

We allow you to interview people online in real-time over the Internet. During this process, you can ask the candidate additional questions selected from our knowledgebase. By using the same set of questions in each interview and by capturing the candidate’s responses, you gain much more consistency in your selection process.

If I can screen and interview remotely with the flexibility to work on the prospect’s schedule, I can save money, right?

You got it! Ultimately, companies and agencies will want to conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates. Where we really makes a difference is in helping you evaluate candidates remotely, reserving travel costs for in-person interviews.
